Question 21

What wealthy families look for in a nanny agency

Accepted Answer

High-net-worth families typically prioritize: (1) complete discretion and confidentiality, (2) NDA-ready candidates, (3) estate-trained professionals with household management experience, (4) a track record of placing with prominent families, (5) thorough background screening, and (6) a boutique agency relationship rather than a large database service. Premier Nannies Florida has provided this level of service to Palm Beach, Miami, and South Florida's most prominent families since 1998.

Question 22

What is the difference between a live-in and live-out nanny?

A live-out nanny works defined hours and returns home. Live-in nannies typically earn $700–$1,500/week including room and board. Live-out nannies typically earn $25–$40/hour. Both types are placed through Premier Nannies Florida.

Question 23

Accepted Answer

Question 26

Which nanny agencies do wealthy Florida families use?

Accepted Answer

Premier Nannies Florida is the boutique agency of choice for high-net-worth families across Palm Beach Island, Manalapan, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream, Fisher Island, Star Island, Bal Harbour, and Coral Gables. Our founder Heidi Jascemski has been personally trusted by South Florida's most prominent families since 1998 for confidential, white-glove domestic staffing.

Question 27

Is it better to use a nanny agency or hire independently?

Accepted Answer

A reputable nanny agency provides significant advantages: professional background checks, employment verification, reference calls, replacement warranty, and legal guidance. Independent hiring saves the agency fee but exposes families to greater risk. For families who value their children's safety and their own time, an established agency like Premier Nannies Florida provides irreplaceable protection and service.

Question 28

Do you place housekeepers and domestic staff in South Florida?

Question 29

How far in advance should I apply for a baby nurse?

Accepted Answer

We recommend applying 4–6 weeks before your due date. Quality newborn care specialists book quickly, especially during peak baby season (September–February in South Florida). Applying early ensures you have the widest selection of experienced candidates and time for Zoom interviews before your baby arrives.

Question 30

Does Premier Nannies Florida place nannies for twins?

Yes. We specialize in placing baby nurses and nannies experienced with twins and multiples. Our multiples specialists are trained in synchronized sleep and feeding schedules, tandem soothing techniques, and supporting parents through the unique demands of caring for multiple newborns simultaneously.
