Question 21

What wealthy families look for in a nanny agency

Accepted Answer

High-net-worth families typically prioritize: (1) complete discretion and confidentiality, (2) NDA-ready candidates, (3) estate-trained professionals with household management experience, (4) a track record of placing with prominent families, (5) thorough background screening, and (6) a boutique agency relationship rather than a large database service. Premier Nannies Florida has provided this level of service to Palm Beach, Miami, and South Florida's most prominent families since 1998.

Question 22

What is the difference between a live-in and live-out nanny?

Both types are placed through Premier Nannies Florida.

Question 27

Is it better to use a nanny agency or hire independently?

Accepted Answer

A reputable nanny agency provides significant advantages: professional background checks, employment verification, reference calls, replacement warranty, and legal guidance. Question 29

How far in advance should I apply for a baby nurse?
