1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Premier Nannies Florida website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Agency Services
Premier Nannies Florida (Heidi's Helpers, Inc.) is a domestic staffing placement agency. We connect families with nannies, baby nurses, newborn care specialists, housekeepers, and other domestic professionals. We are not the employer of any candidate placed through our agency. The family (client) is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment-related obligations including wages, taxes, insurance, and supervision.
3. Registration & Placement Fees
A non-refundable $500 Registration Fee is required to begin the placement process. This fee is applied toward your total placement fee. Placement packages include: Basic ($3,200 + tax, 90-day warranty), Standard ($3,500 + tax, 6-month warranty), and Premium ($3,900 + tax, 12-month warranty). All agency fees are non-refundable. Full payment must be received before a candidate begins work.
4. Replacement Warranty
Clients qualify for replacement candidates within the warranty period (90 days, 6 months, or 12 months depending on package) when: full payment has been received, the job description has not changed, the reason is performance-based or a documented emergency, and the agency is notified within the warranty period. The warranty is void if the job description changes without written approval or if termination is for personal preference rather than performance.
5. Background Checks
The agency conducts nationwide criminal background checks through an independent third-party investigative firm. However, the client is solely responsible for the final hiring decision and ongoing supervision of any placed candidate. Background check reports are available upon request in accordance with FCRA regulations.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heidi's Helpers, Inc., its agents, and employees from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the domestic worker's actions while employed by the client.
7. Privacy
All domestic workers' information is protected under federal privacy laws. Candidate contact information is only shared with registered client families after mutual interest is established.
8. Electronic Signatures
By submitting forms on this website, you acknowledge that your electronic signature is legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act (2000).
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
